Caesar Chicken with Orzo

1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (I used two chicken thighs because that is what I had on hand)
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup uncooked orzo
1/2 bag frozen carrots and green beans (I used green beans and corn)
1 1/2 tablespoon Caesar dressing
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil about 10 minutes, turning once, until brown. Remove chicken from skillet, keep warm.

2. Add broth and water to skillet; heat to boiling. Stir in pasta, heat to boiling. Cook uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in frozen vegetables and dressing, Add chicken. Sprinkle with pepper.

3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for  5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender and juice of chicken is no longer pink.
