Taco Pizza

1 Basic Pizza Crust
12-16 oz. lean ground beef
2/3 cup water
Olive oil cooking spray
1/2 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Monterrey Jack cheese
1/2 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
Sour cream and Salsa

1. Brown ground beef in small skillet; drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix and water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until mixture is dry, about 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature.

2. Spray 12 inch pizza pan with cooking spray, spread dough on pan, making rim around edge. Sprinkle dough with beef, cheeses, and bell pepper.

3. Bake pizza at 425 degrees until crust is browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato and serve with sour cream and salsa.
